PNT400S Project Management 4

Project Assignment
Introduction
You are required to play the role of a project manager for an IT or ICT related project involving at least participants and running over a period of 3 to 6 months. Those candidates for this subject who have a background in software development or information technology management, are encouraged to choose projects in either software development; or perhaps a technology migration project involving a change of IT platform and applications. For the purpose of the aforementioned students, the IEEE Software Project Management Plan will serve as a suitable template for your document. Refer to the SPMP slides on Blackboard or search for extra information on the internet.
